Marie Houlden
Marie is a qualified Kinesiologist, EFT Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Breathwork Facilitator, and Reiki Master.
Working with Marie, professional women are supported to release their limiting beliefs and face their fears head on, helping them to silence their inner-critic once and for all. These women then finally move on with a strong belief in themselves and their capabilities and with an inner knowing that they can have everything they ever wanted. Marie’s sessions are completely unique as she blends healing modalities to provide clients with exactly what they need in the moment.

What stage of my career should I be at to join this mastermind?
You will get the most out of this program if you have (or have had) direct reports and are leading a business unit, front-line or engineering team, or kick-arse organisation. If you’re unsure – flick Kylah a message.
I have a lot going on. How much time will I need to dedicate to the course?
You can dedicate as much or as little to the program as works for you. At a minimum you will get the most value by attending the 6 x 1hr LIVE group coaching calls and 3 x 1hr LIVE emotional support calls, plus your 1-on-1 DISC Assessment debrief which will be scheduled based on your availability. If you can’t make any of the live calls, you will receive a link to the recording which will be just as valuable to go through in your own time.
What is the difference between the Leaders Alliance and the Real Leadership for Women Masterclass Program?
The Leaders Alliance is a dedicated mastermind group designed to hold your hand, (gently) kick your butt and provide the support you need to take the steps to level-up your career over the course of 3 months. The Leadership for Women Masterclass Programs are an 8-week leadership development program with a 2-day intensive component currently only available as in-house corporate bookings in addition to a couple of Open programs per year.
